Here is a bathroom that we completely renovated in Suisun City, Ca. We relocated the new window above the tub surround to eliminate having the tub/shower surround wrapped into the window. To aid in circulation we added a ceiling exhaust fan. We insulated and installed sheetrock at the open beam ceiling as well as the exterior wall for weatherization. Knock down textured, primed, and painted the walls and ceiling.

We replaced the bath tub with a Sterling Plumbing Vikrell tub with lumbar support, new Delta anti-scald tub/shower valve, cast granite tub/shower surround with corner combo soap/shampoo holder, and Holcam bypass glass enclosure.

We installed a new Jensen solid maple vanity, using a new cast granite vanity top with integral molded sink bowl, and matching Delta faucet. We installed quality 30 year Armstrong sheet vinyl flooring with natural slate tile pattern. Can’t forget the Gerber Ultra Flush pressure assist toilet. These are one of the best water conservation toilets available using Sloan pressure assist system …..these toilets rock.
