Some details about this remodel project

This is some pictures of a finished complete home remodel project completed in 2010. This remodel included new windows, doors, wood flooring, acoustic ceiling removal, texture, and paint.

Bathrooms included new tubs and showers with cultured marble surrounds and glass enclosures. New vanities, cultured marble tops, and new plumbing fixtures including Gerber ultra flush toilets.

Kitchen was renovated with new cabinets, quartz counter tops, new appliances and new plumbing fixtures. The sliding glass patio door off the dining room was replaced with a 3 panel french door.

New central heat and air system was installed, replacing the original 2 ton units with 95% efficient 3 ton units properly sized for the square footage.

We also gave them a finished garage with insulated walls covered in finished sheet rock.
